Starts empty, scoped to one language pair. You can own up to 3 teams.

Invite a friend to the app

Not about a specific team — for someone who'd like Digital Personal Dictionary but learns a different language than any team you're on.

Platform settings

Tunable limits for teams, invitations, and join requests across the whole app.

Requests

Everything members have sent admins — bug reports, feature ideas, language requests, account deletions, anything else. Pick one up before completing or denying it; denying requires a comment.

    Admins

    Seed admins (marked, unrevokable) held the role before anyone was ever invited. Revoking anyone else needs a quorum — more than half of current non-seed admins, not counting the one being revoked.

      Languages

      The curated list every base/target picker draws from. Adding one here makes it available everywhere immediately; there's no remove — existing enrollments/teams may already reference a code.

        Generate a Dictionary — level sizes

        Minimum entry counts per CEFR level for the Seed tab's "Generate a Dictionary" feature — any signed-in user sees these same numbers there before generating. "Needs approval" gates that level behind a platform admin approving a message first (it lands in Admin requests above).

          Generate a Dictionary — actual usage

          Real time/tokens/cost from every successfully completed generation, per level — the same numbers the level-size estimates above are meant to be tuned against as real experience accumulates. Failed runs aren't counted here (their partial spend is real, but not representative of a full successful run). Cost is an assumed per-token price (this app has no way to confirm the model's actual published rate) — never shown anywhere outside this admin-only card.

            Delete a user

            Permanently deletes an account and every trace of it — profile, enrollments, personal words, stats, team memberships. Cannot be undone. Refused (with a reason) if that account still owns a team — reassign or delete that team first.

            Org report

            Every team (owner, members, language pair) and every member (owned teams, memberships, personal enrollments), cross-linked — opens in a new tab.
